Westinghouse breakers compatibility

my customer has a Westinghouse panel, but the label says "use only Bryant breaker CAT'S BR, BHR,BD,BQ,BJH.GFCB,GFBCH,BRWH,BRSN
I think Eaton type BR breakers are compatible, correct ? But this label says use only Bryant. ??
 
At one time Bryant was the brand of Westinghouse's loadcenter line, then they put the Westinghouse brand on them until they bought the CBS TV network & sold all their industrial lines, Eaton bought the Westinghouse electrical distribution line, put their Cutler-Hammer brand on it until branding everything as Eaton, making everything as clear as mud when trying to use the correct breakers, but as already said, Eaton BR is the OEM replacement. There were Bryant wiring devices also, those were bought by Hubbell.
