15kva 480V to 208/120V three phase transformer does system bonding jumper and bonding jumper to enclosure provided by manufacturer or contractor has to provide?

I have never seen a 15 kva transformer with a factory bonded X0 so it would be field installed.

Depends on the manufacturer. New ones are now coming with a grounding/bonding terminal bar and a strap connected to the chassis. Some, you have to wire it up yourself. Check with your supplier.

most small transformers I have used of late have a bonding terminal included attached to the sheet metal. but no bonding strap. having thought about it, I find that a little curious since almost always in 120V systems it will be required.
