OSHPD job, ugh. I have a 3M system W-L-1001 for emt passing through a rated wall, but is there an assembly or system for a conduit exiting same rated wall?

If you are using a 3M system, just call them. They will point you in the right direction much more quickly than you can get there yourself.

I can't visualize what you have. By "conduit" do you mean RMC? Is it coming up inside the wall and exiting?? I looked at the system, and it sure covers a lot. Can't imagine what's missing for your application.
