Ground Mount Clearance

Is there a minimum clearance requirement around a Ground Mount system?
Some AHJ's say you need to keep a 25' clearance from property line, others say you only need 10' from any structure, others say 3' is enough. I'm doing some digging around in the code but can't seem to find anything related to ground mounts. Can someone provide some insight please? Thanks

Sounds like a building-code property-line set-back issue to me. Perhaps the power company, too.

I think that sort of thing is specific to local codes and ordinances.

Sounds like a building-code property-line set-back issue to me. Perhaps the power company, too.

More precisely, a planning code issue.

In Oregon, the property line setback is based on the zoning. For instance, rural residential requires 30 ft from the property line, whereas urban residential is usually only 3-7 ft. We can generally find this info online, or just call the building department.

Not sure about distance from buildings though, that probably varies by jurisdiction.
