So we're remodeling a commercial lease space that had two separate suites. The owner took down the devising wall and now making it one large suite. He wants us to install one meter base but feed both existing 150a panels inside. So I was going to install a 320a meter socket and feed two 150a breaker/breaker enclosures. Load out of the meter would be parallel runs of 1/0 wire, DO I have feed from Oncor's Tapcan with the same or does it have to be larger conductor?

I don't see why not, assuming nothing is amuck in details not mentioned and utility approves (have had many utilities not allow class 320 sockets for other than residential)

Conductors on the line side of the meter can be sized to the load, do not necessarily need to be sized to the sum of the multiple disconnects.

I would consider two separate runs from the meter to the disconnects, etc. No derating issues.

I'm installing parallel runs of 1/0 out of the meter base and easy set to each disconnect. I was just asking that I have to install the in on the line as the load.

The conductors serving one disconnect (or the rating of the OCPD) is sized per 230.90(A). The conductors on the line side of the meter can be sized using 230.90(A) exception #3.
