I’m looking for some insight or a guide when pricing a new construction home.
Is there a software program that is up to date with price per unit pricing? Any recommendations or methods strongly appreciated

I use pen and paper if it's out of the norm and I need to figure time and materials seperately.

But there are numerous ways to arrive there.

There have been a few threads recently about residential estimating. I'd suggest a search, then browse some of those threads.

In the top right corner, click the magnifying glass. Type in "residential estimating"
