They're just dying to be able to shed consumer loads to cover for the embarrasing lack of investment in storage, transmission, and distribution.
 
The California Energy Commission has big plans for California. They have an unlimited budget and are in hiring mode. They are now posting bulletins for every type of engineer from A to Z. If you are looking for a job, that's the place.
