Since NEC 680.23(B)(2) appears to state that the other end of conduit that extends directly to a wet niche forming shell needs to terminate in a junction box or enclosure that meets 680.24 requirements, does this mean that coming directly to the forming shell from a pool equipment sub panel is not code compliant?
