HVAC service receptacle

In a multifamily residential building in my case seven units.

With all the AC condensers on the roof all I need is one service receptacle fed from the house panel correct?

To my knowledge I do not need one from each apartment.

Correct. It's normally on the house panel.

Unrelated follow up question. Do you see the receptacle requirement going away due to the abundance of battery operated tools?
