I’m installing flushmount lights over vanity’s for multi family. I can’t find specs on if it has a driver or not. Trying to figure out if I can use a shallow pan for install to stay within my dimensions or if I must stay with a round nail on. 7.5” width and 1” height. Thanks

I don't think I've ever seen an LED vanity bar with a driver that goes in the box. Almost certainly going to be in the bar. But here's what I would do..

Go ahead and install your pancake. If you find on the finish that it needs a deeper box, take the pancake out and you can use a 4-⅛ hole saw in the hole to cut the stud to recess a metal octagon or a round box taken from a bar hanger.

Just make sure on the rough-in that you leave a few inches of slack to your pancake so that the wire can reach the knockout of whatever other type of Box you might need later. And make sure you don't have any wires in the way of the potential use of a hole saw later
