Anyway to tell just by this pic if 200A fuses would fit in these slot. It's a 400A switch. I can't see a class type.

I'll go out on a limb and say that it is not a 400 amp switch because 100 amp fuses would not fit. And there is no way that 400 amp fuses word fit it that switch.
 
It looks like any above 100A increase in size from 7 7/8" to 9 5/8" long.

200 amp frame size in that particular voltage and class type (which would include any trip setting 101 - 200 amps) is wider and longer body and wouldn't fit there at all.

If it were the other way around and you wanted to put a 100 amp frame fuse into a 200 amp frame fuse holder, they do make reducing adapters for that situation.
