Supply side and Backfeed ( 2 Point of interconnection)

If the property already has an existing enphase system hooked up as a line side, can we add a solar edge system to the property via a back feed if the 120% rule is satisfied?
 
Sure, if the AHJ is OK with two points of interconnection on the service. The supply side connection did not change anything in the panel.

Right; I didn't think of that but as you say, for residences the PV output not very likely to approach that limit.
