I am trying to repair an issue on a fan unit in a server rack. The fan motors thermal fuse is the known issue (currently bypassed & working).
The thermal fuses data is:
250v~LH / 2.8A / 130c / <ps>E/JET
I am finding similar replacements but not exact matches. The closest seems to be
250v~RH / 3A / 130c
Can someone tell me the specific difference between the RH and LH versions?
Also, any idea why a cooling fan would have a thermal fuse in this application? It seems counterproductive.
