Junction box size 4/0 - 3, #2 AL

I would like to junction a 2” pvc containing (3) 4/0 and one #2 AL with an MC 4/0 -3, #2. Coming in the back with the pvc then going up with the MC. What size indoor junction box would I need? Thank you. Feeds a sub panel. And is it ok to mount a ground bar and use it to connect the two #2s and ground the box at the same time?

I believe you need 4" depth for deflection. I'd likely use a 4 x 4 x 12" wireway.

Thank you. According to 314.28 A 2, it would need to be 12” deep since I’m coming in the back with 2”. Is this correct?
