Maybe I am looking at this the wrong way...
Situation: Feeder from one building to another. Under slab, the feeder is tapped with conductors running up through a CMU wall to multiple load centers. (I'm not saying the job is legal at the moment, this is an existing condition and we are correcting it.)
Question: I know 230.6 applies is in the "Service" section, but is a set of Feeder conductors considered outside of the building if they are "concrete encased" as described in 230.6?
I saw an older post with a similar question, but it didn't seem to answer the question.
