It is OG URD not SER. It used to come with a sheath at one point.I don't follow. Are you saying the photo is NOT SER?
I agree but it doesn't have a bare wire there should be 1 if it's standard SE cable or SER.Looks like the inners are XHHW. Typically URD is USE.
I know where there is some big lead sheathed copper. We were upgrading this service and tried briefly to pull it out but couldn't so we just cut it off a little below grade at the base of the pole. I've always had in my mind someday when I have nothing better to do go back with better tools and try to get it! Although I would have to get the lead off, not sure how that would goI came across some lead sheathed cable that looked similar. Old stuff for sure
