Does anyone still make URD that looks like SER?

So does anyone still make this kind of URD. I've see the pictures but it seems after seeing this posted somewhere else that the type of jacket these used was poor and didn't protect it much.

It is OG URD not SER. It used to come with a sheath at one point.

Looks like the inners are XHHW. Typically URD is USE.

I agree but it doesn't have a bare wire there should be 1 if it's standard SE cable or SER.

I know where there is some big lead sheathed copper. We were upgrading this service and tried briefly to pull it out but couldn't so we just cut it off a little below grade at the base of the pole. I've always had in my mind someday when I have nothing better to do go back with better tools and try to get it! Although I would have to get the lead off, not sure how that would go
