What I see so many disconnect enclosures in close proclaiming to the service equipment and it looks to be more than 6 disconnects, I assume the may be having more from exemption for fire pumps, pv systems etc or are they disconnects for feeders?Looks to me like an application of 230.40 exception #2. One service, three sets of service entrance conductors, 3 service disconnects ( little hard to see exactly how many). I don't quite understand the multi-occupancy building comment in the graphic, it's just that seems to be irrelevant unless they are trying to show an example of 230.40 exception number one but it doesn't appear that is what is going on.
Why would you assume that? Doesn't it appear that there is a number of single main service disconnects ahead of the large group of disconnects?I said WHEN I see so many disconnect enclosures in close PROXIMITY to what seems to be service equipment and they appear to be more than 6 disconnects, I assume exemptions are being used
All those individual enclosures on the wall are disconnects more than 6 unless they are feeder sub panel disconnectsThe larger disconnects, feed all those smaller ones from the gutter. looks like there only 4 disconnects and that kills entire building.
They are feeder disconnects. As AC\DC stated, it appears there are 4 service disconnectsAll those individual enclosures on the wall are disconnects more than 6 unless they are feeder sub panel disconnects
