Can i use a 3/4" galvanized pipe 10' long for a ground rod 2011 nec. when did the nec start letting you do this?

Where in the 2017 code can i find ground rods. my book is missing !

it is not used as conduit. it is used as a raceway but conduit and emt are just two types of raceways.

If it's missing how does someone pointing to the article section help you read it? Probably need to bite the bullet and purchase another one or go through the painstaking task of using the NFPA free view.
