Parallel feeder routed in cable tray only

I just wanna be sure I’m correct on this. If parallel feeder cables are routed above grade in cable tray (no conduit), each set of 3 conductors does NOT require a full size grounding conductor routed with them

In some cases the tray can be the EGC. See 392.60.
