ACCORDING TO 250.30 A IT DOSENT REQUIRED TO HAVE PULL A NEUTRAL TO BOND TO ANY OF NON CURRENT METAL PARTS OF THE F/P CONTROLLER
PLEASE ADVISED IF IT REQUIRES BY NEC

AND DONT HAVE ODJECTABLE CURRENT DUE A CONNECTION BETWEEN A NEUTRAL AND EQUIPMENT GROUNDING CONDUCTOR .

I see where you are going with that, but never seen one have nothing but a egc. Could say it’s a reduced neutral?

If it is service equipment, supplied by a grounded system, you are required to bring the grounded conductor to it. It would be sized per Table 250.102(C)(1).
