Is this service disco bonded correctly? The disco is located after the meter and before the panel inside. Leaving the disco to the panel are the 2 legs and a neutral. I don’t see a ground. Is this correct? Shouldn’t there be a ground rod with a ground attaching to the disco and bonded to the neutral?
