Tapping into 7 meters

Quoting a job where I will put a fused disconnect which feeds a trough. I'm going to tap from the trough into 7 meters. Just curious if there is a more cost effective way than ilsco bite taps. Those things came to about 60 a piece, and I'll need 3 per tap as I plan to make the egc through conduit/enclosures. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I usually use H-taps which are incredibly affordable at like $3-4 a piece:


For this application a bussed gutter might be a better way to go......but some more details would help: what size is the feeder that will be tapped? Is it a single set or parallel? How will you be complying with the tap rules? IS POCO ok with this?
 
Running 350 mcm from the service point to a 300 amp fused disconnect. From the disco into a trough with 350 mcm, single run not parallel. Grounding electrodes in the main disco, egc brought through conduit/enclosures. Haven't talked to poco yet but really what options do I have? Switchgear for this stuff is a 22 week lead time. I have no choice but to put a main dieco now I cant imagine poco is going to give a hard time but hey you never know.
 
I would go with PDBs but they are probably not the cheapest option.

POCO should be ok if everything is lockable, but might want to review their specs on cold sequence metering.

You know it's funny what they care about. I'll come across stuff on their end that should never be allowed, yet when I wanted to add 1 meter in a basement they absolutely insisted I put mine outside by itself. Polaris tap seems affordable and not labor intensive. Bussed gutter as a few have recommended looks great but seems pricy as I need 8 feet.
