Hi all,

I have a small commercial building for a doctor office that will basically consist of doctor office exam rooms. General doctor, nothing special. These rooms range from 70sq/ft to 120sq/ft each. I typically put receptacles about every 12' from each other, so each receptacle covers about 6' from each side. The doctor only wants 2 receptacles in the each room. I looked through the NEC and i saw that there is no general rule of how many receptacles is required in this space. I want to make sure that I'm not missing something. Since putting 2 receptacles only now will make the distance much farther for each receptacle from the other (more than 12 feet).

Thank you,
