Industrial structure grounding

That is a design issue and not a code issue. Many of my industrial projects specified a 4/0 ground ring, and 2/0 taps to each corner column and every other column between the corners...but just a project specification.
The code would only require one bonding jumper to the building steel, assuming it is interconnected. See 250.104(C).
