Do you guys see anything wrong here? How can this 600A panel feed all these loads. And seems like panels sizes on riser don't indicate correct OCPD on schedule.

It says line current 499 amps. that less than 600 so what are you seeing as an issue?

What’s the issue the connected load is smaller than the the main OCPD. Don’t be concerned of all the subpanel main breakers being additive because they are not.

Or they miss labeled.
Check that panel schedule for MLHB and see what it says. Make sure the loads are 277/480
Or 120/208.
If 277/480. make sure your shops reflect that. Don't want them to quote a 208 or worse get one.

If in deed 208 oops.

Also is the ATS optional feed 480.
Take it's a back up Gen. So the switch will be 600 volt. Why the separate ground wire out side the raceway. If so and it's the gen most likely an SDS. The switch would be service rates and the ATS switches the netural.
Emergency panel?

Then from the ATS it hits a transformer. For 120/208. Kinda hard to see for sure. However the feeder says transformer via ATS.
I mention this due to if emergency or legally required you lighting may be 277.

Just something to check.
