Genie Approach Boundaries to Energized 480v 3-PH Crane Conductors

Q1 - Can someone confirm 3ft 6inch is the correct safe distance to work near the 480v 3-Phase live shop crane conductors using a Genie lift? .... Got info from NFPA70e 2021, Page 70e, Table 130.4

Q2 - If I use a KNIPEX insulating rubber mat over conductors how close can I work to live conductors safely?

Three conductors, they are insulated on 3 of the 4 sides. One side is open were the crane travels on rail to make connection. Wish I could leave picture.

Near them... I need to access control box that is a out 18" from conductors to test contactor.

Cover them so they aren't exposed. Working space is for working, you need to be looking at the restricted boundary in NFPA70E if you are simply 'near' the conductors.
