Morning guys--
I've got a situation where aluminum cables (3C #500 w/#2/0 Gnd) have been pulled to a control panel from a 600A bus plug (480V).
The rocket scientists have noticed a label at the termination bussing stating "Copper conductors only."
Is it acceptable to splice the aluminum conductors in the control panel using terminal blocks (600A+ rating) to transition to copper conductors?
