I have to replace an old mechanical 240 Volt 22 Amp. wall mounted electric heat thermostat. As long as I install another 240v 22 amp mechanical thermostat I’m good to go, correct? I didn’t know if I should be looking at anything else as well.
 
Just for completeness, the only gotcha would be if it's set up with a switch loop rather than line and load in the T-stst box, AND you are using one of the fancier electronic/programmable thermostats. Some of those t-stats don't work with switch loops or have specific heater requirements, such as no fan heaters.
