Remote light switches

I have a customer that decided they want to add a light switch. Originally, they wanted as cheap as possible and didn't want one at this location, but now they do. (After the walls and ceiling are finished) There are two 3 way switches currently controlling the light fixture and it's going to take a lot of labor to get a switch in this location now, plus walking all over their newly blown in insulation.

I'm sure there are remote switch products that work for this, but I've not used them before, so I'm asking what people use for this? Two existing 3 way switches controlling a light and I need a remote switch to add to it. What would you suggest?

Also, the remote switch would have to be battery powered. Do the batteries last a decent amount of time?

You would not add one remote switch to the two existing three ways

You would need to tie the wires through to create a single pole situation at one location, and then two remotes.

Pairing is super simple. You pair each remote separately. There are brackets for the remotes. One would screw to the sheetrock in the third location and one would screw to the box in the existing location.

When you surface mount one to the sheetrock, there is a backer on the back of that bracket and it needs to be torn off because the bracket will not sit flat if you leave that backer on there
