More UL listed junk

The shoulder on these MC connectors is too small. As you can see it doesnt cover the KO, and you can actually get the entire shoulder to go thru the KO. Has anyone ever filed a compliant with UL? I am thinking of trying it.

What brand are those connectors? I've seen a similar problem on offset nipples and chase nipples with the shoulder being so small that the nipple almost goes through the KO.

These are halex brand from Big Orange. Yeah it seems like most of the die cast stuff, EMT fittings offset nipples has borderline large enough shoulders. Most of those I find don't cover a standard KO completely if they are offset all the way to one side.
 
These are both listed parts . We shouldn't be having this problem.
Listed doesn’t mean they can’t get away with metric sizes. Probably so they can sell to the world market without re-tooling. I had issues with UT boxes in Chile, the keypads I was using were designed for American UT boxes, but the hole spacing on their UT boxes was slightly different.
