No Grounding on any outlets

I have a renovation that im doing and no outlets have any grounds to them, in the whole house.
Is there a way to make this safe without pulling new wires? I've hurd you can install Combo breakers maybe?

Call an electrician. Or put ungrounded duplex outlets in. Or run GE on all of them.

A house that old may have several MWBCs along with illicit taps from whatever conductor happens to be handy. It would be fun.
