Commercial building. Exhaust fan on the roof 2HP, 208V, 3Ph with manual toggle service switch. Bellow roof on the wall 35A fuse disconnect and motor starter feeding the fan with #12awg. 20A, 3pole breaker in the panel 50' away feeding the 35A fuse disconnect with #10awg. Is this set up correct?
I think the 35A fuse disconnect can be uninstall in the circuit
Some suggestions are very appreciate

Meets Code.
20 amp breaker provides SCGF protection.
Motor starter provides OL protection.
You need to check toggle switch for proper HP rating,

Sounds fine. The 35 amp fuses aren't really doing anything as the circuit is protected by the 20 amp circuit breaker.
