Best tool for larger heat shrink tubing

I have always used a large propane torch for this but I am not always happy with the results. I am wondering if a heat gun is a better tool?

It's the burial rated kit's for 250KCmil that I use most often and I'd like to more consistently get perfect.

If they are both comparable that's fine, I'll just keep using the torch. If you recommend an electric heat gun, which model?

I haven’t used cold shrink on direct burial, is it rated for it?

A heat gun with the wrap around deflector to make the heating more uniform.
I prefer heat shrink, unless it is outside and in cold weather, then I would use cold shrink.

I like the Milwaukee with the nozzle for heat shrink. At work I had a Milwaukee M18 that I used instrumentation work in vaults
