Stock tank Pool?

Do I need to install an equipotential bonding grid on a stock tank used for a pool? Sits directly on the ground. Dbl. insolated pump.
30 in deep. 8ft Dia.

Being these are metal, I probably would.

With a double insulated pump, you have to connect it to the EGC of the circuit. Then at 4 points, evenly spaced, around the tub/pool. The ring would be 18" to 24" inches from the inside wall, and 4" to 6" below grade.

I understand 680.26 B, What I don't understand is how to install lugs on a galv. tank with a flat bottom and a rounded top edge?

Probably beam clamps would be the smoothest, no sharp edges to the pool side.

I would probably install them with carriage bolts near the top rim. The bolts should be short enough to use an acorn nut to secure the lug to avoid the potentially sharp ends of the bolts.

Thanks guys, I'll probably go with SS bolts with lay in lugs near the top rim. Customer wont like the looks of 8 solid looping up 4 times around the tank.
