Any rule of thumb of how many PM's you should have in office? Obviously depends on projects but looking on other insight. Thanks.
Thanks Rick. How revenue a year did that company do?No rule of thumb as I know of. Entirely based on the company size and the size of the project. Some PM's will manage 4 to 5 jobs at a time if they are all a 1 year or less project. Before I started my own company, the company I worked for had a lighting PM, 2 Residential PM's, Generator PM, Smarthome PM, and about 10 commercial PM's.
I have no idea. It was early 90's. They were quite a bit larger than my current company and we are doing approx. 30M this year. whatever that correlates back to the early 90's you could double it.Thanks Rick. How revenue a year did that company do?
