Item 7 in the second to last slide matches the NEC requirement in 230.24(B)(1) as it shows 10' for the conditions specified in (B)(1).

Here, it really doesn't matter what the NEC says, the POCO tells us what the height should be.
I think the main differences in wording between (1), 10' clearance, and (2), 12' clearance is that the 10' height minimum is for areas limited to pedestrian traffic. And the voltage to ground needs to be 150V or less. So a fenced back yard that isn't accessible to vehicles would only need 10' of clearance. But a front yard, where cars from the driveway could drive in the yard, you could argue would need to be 12'.
