Lutron claro plates with leviton devices

Just white. Are the colors a pretty close match? I'm pretty sure I've done this before and didn't notice any glaring incompatibility. Any reason to go with the lutron receptacles? They're twice as much and a pia to get. Homeowners are kind of picky, I want some backup before I tell them to just get the leviton devices, that's what everyone does.

They are close but will it be enough with your client? I have used Leviton with no complaints.

The colors are different. I would mock up a couple samples to show your client.

We go 100% Lutron on most of our custom homes now. The clients are willing to pay the difference.

have had a couple clients over the years that had tight budget projects. They choose to go with Legrand receptacle with Lutron plates. The said most of the receptacles are not very visible so didn't care if they match. We use all Lutron switches since they are more visible.

I have mocked up Lutron plates with Leviton and with Legrand. The Legrand doesn't match either but was closer than Leviton.

Forgot to add. As Kec said, the Lutron receptacles sit perfectly with the Lutron plates. I have many clients comment that really like that look.
