I am primarily interested in any drawing changes to art. 110.26 with the changes to working space and being more specific to entrance / egress and 90°C openings. That was a substantial change.

I don't see that as a change...just a clarification, but a poorly written one, because it does not allow for equipment doors that open 180° and not impact the egress path.
Also there were no drawings in the enhanced content for that section in the 2023 version of link.

The inclusion of the 90° is a pretty large change to the way the working space is measured / laid out. I am still on the 2020. Maybe it doesn't look as drastic if you are already on the 2023 and it's application has been inconsistently applied by AHJs. It just seemed big to me.
Maybe I am off, but I figured that the note text on the table including the "or enclosed" would change some of the drawings. Maybe I just always got condition #3 wrong. But I always took a transformer or panelboard (of a different voltage) opposite to a service switchgear as #2 and it would appear that now, it is #3.

I don't think that the 2020 addressed the equipment doors as impacting the egress path. The 2023 does, but did not include the 90° language. There is no real difference in the intent between the 2023 and the 2026, just a poor clarification. In the 2023, if the doors could open beyond 90° and result in an egress path not less than 24" wide, it was compliant. In the 2026, if the door can open 90° you have to measure the egress path with the door in that position, even if that door can open 180° and not limit the egress path.
It is my opinion that condition 3 was always the intent for enclosed equipment across an aisle from each other. Look at item (c) below that table. If it was not the intent for condition 3 to apply fro equipment across the aisle, there would be no need for item (c).
