I've got that walmart plus membership. I've got to say they have treated me good. Returns are so easy, it's like dealing with Sears back in the 70's. Most times if something is wrong or damaged even in the slightest way, even if it's a pack of 100 of something and only 1 is damaged, full refund and they tell me not to return it.
I bought a little 5000 BTU window air conditioner for a small office. It seemed to cool good at first but then it would only get the room down to 65. I called The manufacturer's customer service and asked for tech support, they asked me for the Walmart receipt, and a picture of the ID sticker. I emailed them that and they refunded every penny. and told me to, throw it out, or donate it, or whatever I wanted to do with it.
I just wanted to know how to check all the settings, or reboot something, a few easy checks. They didn't even give me time to ask. I got the refund, figured I had nothing to lose if I opened it up, so I took the cover off and found that the temp sensing unit was a little out of place, bent it away from the evap coil, and it worked fine.
They had me off the phone so fast I was almost disappointed until the money went back on my card 2 days later and then I felt better
