Photo Desired

Do any of you have a photo of a two-hole lug bolted on connection. The lug would be similar to below (second photo). I've Googled everything I could think of and came up empty. I take a ton of photos, but I've only used these for "back-to-back" connections as shown in the first photo. I'm really looking for one where this terminal connects directly to a piece of equipment.

No worries. Thanks for giving it attention. I have a piece of new equipment that I need to wire for the customer. They were having it custom built. It has a bulkhead panel for 5 individual Type W conductors (field setup with generator). The bulkhead is non-ferrous per my request. Inside the manufacturer asked how I want to terminate at the busbars. I requested bolt holes 1/2" diameter by 1.75" spacing for two hole lugs. I just wanted to show my customer an idea of what the final hookup might look like. Does that help?

Something that I noticed when looking for pictures: on bus bars intended for two hole lugs, one hole was often oblong. I assume this is to allow tolerance for different lugs. Is this common?
