I agree. I appreciate the thoughts on the actual question that I posed.

Oh, and obviously, I did NOT do the work in the original photo. I was asked to find the violations in a larger photo, and there were a lot. Tell me if you want to chew on the larger photo, just for fun.

I would say these are violations.
For sure some ground conductor strands, in the left hand cable, have been damaged. It appears the paint may not have been removed behind the right hand ground lug.
