200 amp 1 phase 250 volt with ATS 22 kw

Installed this In speaking, The 200 amp ATS cannot be emergency and service disconnect.
Per label on unit. If ATS 200 amp breaker is physically out, Wouldnt generator kick in making building hot So i added 200 amp disconnect before the mlo panel Is this overkill or engineering correct 200 amp disconnect shuts off both services Is label on ATS in correct????

I always just copy and paste right into the text editor. But I suppose there still is size limitation but not sure what it is. I know the previous forum software didn't support images as well as the current one does and you usually were better off placing an image on a hosting site and linking to it.
