Yes they can be on the same rack. Not that you want to do it but you could even run the feeders and the branch circuits in the same raceway.Ifyou have feeder conduits feeding the panels to the right and if you also had branch conduits for mechanical unit fed from those panel you could have feeder conduit and branch conduit on the same racks, correct?
Yes then derating and adjustment is required.Yes they can be on the same rack. Not that you want to do it but you could even run the feeders and the branch circuits in the same raceway.
In general, once you install a rack, you will install every systems conduits on it. Fire Alarm, Security, Data chases, feeders, branch different voltages, data, you name it.Never mind the panels indicated some of the mech equipment is fed from.

Just for the sake of argument, what if the HVAC guys or plumbers hang a water pipe or a sprinkler pipe on the same rack? (Maybe they ask nicely, or even bring donuts to share.)In general, once you install a rack, you will install every systems conduits on it. My specs sometimes read that security etc. can't share same rack as power or must be color coded. In general, once you install a rack, you will install every systems conduits on it. Fire Alarm, Security, Data chases, feeders, branch different voltages, data, you name it.
Color coded yes, but not being allowed on the same rack so-so. I have seen required like 6" separationMy specs sometimes read that security etc. can't share same rack as power or must be color coded.
