When you have a new price a switchgear that your buying......

1. Will the manufacture drill the bus before it gets to the site?
2. As far as the tap what are the option to connect wire to it? Compression or mechanical lugs?

We typically used compression lugs but either are acceptable. The tap section should be build into the switchboard by the switchboard manufacturer. The #350 kcmil G in each raceway on your drawing is incorrect on the line side of the service disconnects. In the photo you can also see the required neutral disconnecting means.
