Car charger fed with 2 breakers

Does this car charger have a right to exist? It’s a pedestal charge point CT4000.
Per manufacturer’s instructions provide 2 feeds of 40 amps each.
Or should the installer provide a 4 pole disconnect ?

No. Just 2-240 ckts. Charger has internal gfci protection. Are you asking if a disconnect is required at the chargers?

I looked at the manual. It requires a load sharing jumper I think. I didnt really look that hard.
