I recently installed 2 separate 0-10v circuits of 8 LED high bay lights per circuit in a brand-new barn. Power was not turned on until nearly 2 months later due to building inspections failure. When power was turned on, we discovered that the dimmers would function only as on/off but would not dim. I used Leviton WSD20-9D0 0-10v receiver relay area controllers with input from their Enocean wireless switches. We determined that both switches and receivers were functioning correctly. When touching the lavender and gray low voltage wire leads from the receiver, rather than dimming, all the lights on the circuit would turn off. Leviton says they should dim.
So, the questions I am asking ---, did we mis-wire the 0-10v control cables? Reverse polarization? Open circuit? Did we receive 16 bad lights from the manufacturer (I seriously doubt it)?
Both circuits are responding alike. There are no shared wires between circuits.
Has anyone had this experience? How did you fix?
