I have a LP-12, HRC #0 @ 18", 2.152kA, am I allowed to reduce to HRC-1
per 130.7 C 9 a note 3 or 6?

Trying to figure out if qualified employee needs LS shirt to operate breaker with cover on.

These notes have been removed because they have been proven wrong, however that dosent go into effect until the next cycle. So technically he does not have to wear the LS shirt, but if you want to keep him safe he should.

Zog, thanks for the reply. i asked one of our safety guys, and he indiciated the reduction based on the notes. But, i understand your point and i agree with you.
