10-2 on 50 amp breaker

We are fixing to test him again in a few days.He will be back on his i want proof them eyeballs are damp rated.Thinking of just finding a label that says damp rated and stick it on them.We wont remove them till we are forced to.

Jim I think you are fighting a losing battle with the eyeball trims with him.I checked the manufacturers web site for a damp location listing for them.It doesn`t say,but think about it a shower trim has a gasket the eyeball trim doesn`t.Progress makes an open bulb trim for a shower.It`s air tite , has a gasket where the lamp socket connects to the trim and uses a ruberized bulb listed for a wet location.C_ _ _ went postal when he saw them and until we showed the manufacturers listing he red tagged every final.Must have been 50 or 60 that week he started in Land of Lakes.He had to repeal every one of them.One thing I learned about this guy is he knows his code book,don`t try to pull the wool over his eyes.If he catches you your done !!!!!! He will nit pic till the cows come home.Think of him as the kid that had his lunch money taken from him at the buss stop every morning.Now he`s the boss and he flaunts it.If you`re right have your ducks lined up and he will back down.If you can`t prove your argument well as sorry as some of his pet peeves are he 99.9% of the time is correct even if they are just plain stupid.I dealt with him for 2 years solid,good luck !!!!!!!!!
