Does anyone know if any manufacturer makes 10-3 RX
stranded ? and if so why dont most supply houses
sell it. Seems it would make life much easier when
installing Dryer receptacles and create less pressure on terminals when pushing wires in box. :p

Southwire only offers type NM-B with stranded conductors in size 8AWG or larger. I think that if it was available anywhere they would have it.
