I have a replacement on a 28 unit apartment complex. There is 3 seperate 4/0 parallel drops feeding 3 seperate 10 gang meters with 70 amp disconnects. The thing is the feeders come in the top in the old banks and the disconnects are on top so I have to extend the feeders to reach the new breakers in the new meter base.So would the best installation be to put a big j-box above for all my splices with 10 nipples down to the meter boxes or just make splices in meter box.Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks
